1. Marinate chicken thighs in lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 2. Pan-fry the marinated chicken thighs until the skins are crispy. Remove from the pan. 3. Add chopped bell pepper and onion to the pan and fry for several minutes. 4. Add the chicken thighs back to the pan and cook together with the vegetables. 5. Meanwhile, cook the green lentils separately until fully cooked. 6. Once the lentils are cooked, season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and olive oil, then mix well.
